Robert E Douglas, MBA, MPA, PhD, DTM is a leadership/culture implementation professional and motivational keynote speaker. Robert’s mission is to help organizations translate their culture into a highly functional workplace climate that inspires leadership excellence, service and personal accountability. His educational attainments include a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Public Policy (MPA) and a PhD in Environmental Public Policy. In addition, Dr. Douglas has 28 years of military experience with two tours of active duty in Iraq, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel and is a recent retiree of a major Fortune 50 corporation with 39 years of dedicated service.
